Great services and help you to meet your goals

At this point in my life I'm pre-diabetic, asthmatic, a employed full-time that rarely get off when I'm supposed to , and grandmother with no real schedule to dedicate to gym memberships or classes although I do work out when I can, I was super nervous at first because of cost, negative comments, looks of judgement, whispers behind my back (which I get a lot of), accusations of jumping on the band wagon or latest trend, not wanting to become dependent. But the staff is amazing and professional. They helped me realize that my decision to seek assistance with my weight-loss journey is nothing to be ashamed of because I'm not doing it for vanity but to regain control of my health and well-being. There's no pressure to go in regularly and I'm the first to admit that I'm not consistent with ANYTHING in life, so I use my here and there visits along with several other all over the place meal prep ideas, fruit and or veggie smoothies, juicing, red light therapy, lymphatic massges and anything else I can think of to help me reach my goal. I've lost 57lbs in a year so if you see me somewhere doing squats or twisting my waist, "Mind ya business" "Don't judge me, judge your cousins" lol Thanks ladies.

I love Thelma and her staff! When I first called her clinic to become a patient, she took the time to explain the program and answered all of my questions; I know she must’ve been busy (maybe it was the tears in my voice -LO). She really seems to care about her patients, and for me, that’s something I really need when taking a medication with which I’m not very familiar. I lost 4 lbs, and counting, in just my first week! My energy has increased. I’ve had no side effects, except a little constipation, which has been manageable with her advice. I am still in shock about not having the side effects I expected because I typically have side effects with every med I take. I’ll take an occasional extra day of not going to bathroom from time to time. It beats high cholesterol, diabetes, cancer and all the other disease I’m at high risk for being obese if I don’t do something! It has to be true what the medical industry says about how it decreases inflammation in your body - and I didn’t know it would be this quick! I just started going to the gym and I haven’t been sore hardly at all! I’m amazed with this alone. I’m hearing it’s the decreased inflammation. It motivates me to go to the gym. Not only am I eating better but I’m getting in shape too. Even though I haven’t changed my diet that much, I’m still losing weight. The goal is to use this opportunity of not being hungry to change my eating habits and eat healthier - eat to live and fuel my body and not live to eat, and get in good physical health. I’m feeling better already and can’t wait to see what I’ll look like in 3 months and see my blood levels. I’m finally excited about life. I want to encourage everyone I know who struggles with insulin resistance and losing weight to ask yourself…… have you tried everything possible…… if you haven’t you owe it to yourself to live a healthy and long life. I want to lead a healthy and long life and I want to enjoy it for as long as I can. I’m going to take my life back, no matter what. Thelma is going to help me. My only regret is I didn’t do it earlier; I was just afraid. Obesity is a disease. For me, decision came down to this: there was more risk being obese and experiencing all of the medical problems I was beginning to have and potentially was going to have than to take a WL medication. I’ve made a good decision. Going to Thelma really has allayed my fears because I know she’s smart, experienced, and truly cares about me and my health. The services offered are really useful if your goal is to lose weight safely and get healthy. It’s like a one-stop shop! I never have to wait for more than 5 minutes, and having a medical professional who’s educating and following me weekly gives me that extra layer of safety that’s so important to me. I really don’t worry as much as I would if I had to give myself my own injection. Teleheath docs can be great, but for me, I like to see (in person) who’s monitoring my health. I don’t trust some company just shipping an I don’t trust some company just shipping a medication - I want a health professional, who understands this industry. You should read some of the research on some of these weight loss medications. It is absolutely amazing what they do, and and the amount of time they do it in. AMAZING! I read a lot of stories on TikTok and saw transformations with my own eyes over the last 8 months I’ve researched about the medications she prescribes. I am not saying you will get the same results, I’m not even sure if I’ll get the same results, but I can tell you this it does look promising. I’ve met some really nice patients in the clinic who have lost a lot of weight; it is amazing to see their transformations! They look totally different!….. and happier. I want that! I really don’t know what else to say to describe how wonderful it is to have this kind of support in my weight loss journey. I highly recommend MDI Medical Weight Loss & Aesthetics. I brought a friend the very next week I was so impressed. This has been the best decision I have ever made for my health!

My name is Kathy and this is my honest review. I am Thankful that I came across Thelma she has changed my life in the couple of months I have been seeing her. I have Osteoarthritis in my right hip so at one point I was walking with a cane to assist me. I was nervous about this due to lack of information.
